At TuneMemo™, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, if you receive a defective item, we are here to help.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
  • You must notify us of the defect within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Return Process

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the defective product

Only the authorized defective item should be included in the return package. Additional items will not be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by TuneMemo™.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
